Our first TREC was launched in 2020 in Mexico City under the initiative of one of our partners, Sidney Cano. Sidney invited small businesses and entrepreneurs from the Condesa Roma neighborhood to engage with us in exploring how they could work together in a co-creative process to Catalyze a Healthy Stakeholder Ecosystem and increase the vibrancy and regenerative capability of their place. While first envisioned as an in-person program, we were forced to move online due to the pandemic. The group continued to work together on Evolving Value-Adding Processes the following year. We are building on the success of this initial experience and now offer our programs globally.
