Learn about our Regenerative Economy Communities Series

What is TREC?

TREC offers educational programs to business and nonprofit leaders who consider their organization as a powerful instrument for regenerating their local economy.

If you believe there should be no tradeoff between improving your organization’s performance and viability and, at the same time, creating healthy communities and places, TREC is for you!

TREC engages organizational teams in a deep developmental process aimed at building their capacity and capabilities to increase their organization’s regenerative effects on social, ecological, and economic systems.

How Does TREC Work?

Each TREC series engages organizational teams (three participants minimum per organization) in a developmental process aimed at developing their regenerative capacity and capabilities to create life-giving practices.

A typical TREC series includes ten three-hour sessions delivered online over Zoom, plus a minimum of four hours of coaching time with a faculty. In addition, during the sessions’ breakouts, each TREC team works with a dedicated Resource who is responsible for supporting their learning and development throughout the series.

"This approach is very focused on practical work. This year has helped me a lot to rethink how we work, stretching [my capabilities] as much as possible. And I see the importance of continuing to work in this way moving forward, staying oriented in a solid Direction."
